CyntrX Operations and Coronavirus
The health and safety of our customers and our staff is our top priority. We have been monitoring the current situation with COVID-19 and the recent closures of businesses in Wisconsin. Based on our Governor’s ban of no gatherings of more than 10 people, CyntrX has decided to have our employees work from the safety of their homes until further notice.
CyntrX had already been working on a contingency plan for weeks to ensure that our services to you will continue without disruption.
Our support lines (Care, Compliance and Technical Support) will continue to help you with any questions or problems you may have. Our hours remain the same, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CDT, Monday through Friday. Our 24-7 customer service line will also be available for any after hours needs you may have.
